NEDRA Conference Volunteer Interest Sheet
The 2007 NEDRA Annual Conference will take place at the Cliff House in Ogunquit, ME April 26-27th, 2007. Specific sessions and times are still under construction, but plan now to attend and serve as a volunteer. Volunteer opportunities include staffing the registration desk and/or monitoring a session/workshop.
Session/Workshop Monitor Responsibilities include:
· Checking in with the Registration Desk 20 minutes before the workshop or session to confirm that the speaker is present. Also check the supplied information regarding speaker AV requirements.
· Arrive at the workshop/session room 15 minutes prior to its start time. Check the room to see that speaker AV requirements have been met.
· Notify NEDRA Conference staff of any problems.
· Ensure that the presenter’s general needs are met (for example, that they have water).
· Hand out any session materials not in the conference book.
· Introduce the speaker. This is optional, and will be coordinated in advance of the conference.
Registration Desk Attendant
Responsibilities include:

Register attendees
· Provide attendees with a badge and conference materials.
· Refer registration problems to NEDRA Conference staff.
· Offer general conference assistance and direction to registrants.
