Is your organization making the most of its constituent base? Are you worried about potential donations falling through the cracks in a fast-paced environment? NEDRA invites you to join Ian T. Wells for a program demonstrating how effective portfolio management can have a profound impact on your organization’s performance. Even prominent development offices underperform compared to their true potential when they lack the right processes for managing prospects. This program will provide insights for building stronger pipelines, conducting portfolio reviews that get results, and implementing metrics to prevent fundraiser burnout and donor apathy. Maximize your organization’s performance through this strategic approach to prospect management.
Ian T. Wells is the president of Ian T. Wells & Associates, a consulting firm providing research and advisory services to non-profit organizations in New England and New York.
