Join us to discuss various strategies for measuring donor engagement (affinity, inclination, etc.). Tufts developed an affinity score three years ago. We will talk about what led to the development of the score, the methodology we used to develop it, where it lives in the database and how we introduced the score to the organization. We will also go over various ways the score is used and offer some tips and tricks in developing your own scoring system using excel.
