  PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

  Take time for yourself and join the NEDRA community for a Yin Yoga Wellness series.

  
  

  Yin is the practice of slowing down and inviting space into the body, physically and energetically. In this class, you will make space in the connective tissues in the body by holding poses for 3-5 minutes with supportive props. Yin emphasizes curiosity and encourages noticing your internal landscape: breath and sensations as well as habits and patterns. This gentle, juicy practice invites you to arrive as you are. Modifications are offered for all levels of practice.

  
  

  Props:

  Yoga mat – or any space where you can sit & stretch comfortably, or even a chair, also works!)

  1-2 blankets – any blanket, a throw blanket from the couch works!

  1-2 pillows – bed pillow, couch pillow, yoga bolster: the sturdier the better

  Bonus – yoga blocks, eye pillow, strap

  
  

  If you are practicing from work & all you have is a chair, we will make it work!

  
  

  We ask that you keep your mics muted during class. Cameras can be on or off depending on participants preference. Please note: no individualized correction will be offered by the instructor during class.
